Timothy Sheehy

Timothy Sheehy leads Sage Capital’s capital formation and investor relations efforts. His work centers on capital strategy and execution, including debt and equity initiatives supporting acquisitions, developments and recapitalizations.

He serves as a primary contact for institutional investors, lenders and joint-venture partners while helping optimize portfolio capital structures and negotiate complex financial transactions. Timothy also provides perspective on the macroeconomic environment, interest rates and capital flows that shape long-term investment strategy.

His commercial real estate career spans more than 25 years and includes business park development, joint ventures and investment marketing in Canada and leadership roles in residential, commercial and multifamily projects across the United States. He founded the Midlands Venture Forum and has served on the Community Advisory Board of the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
