Aaron has been involved with commercial real estate brokerage and development for over 15 years. He began his career with Grubb and Ellis in 2003, where he spent six years working in the investment sales division. After a successful career with Grubb and Ellis, Aaron joined the CBRE team to work on their investment sales team. In 2013 Aaron formed Sage Capital Real Estate and Sage Capital Investments which is an Omaha based Real Estate Development, Brokerage, and Investment firm. Aaron has helped Sage grow to annual sales of over $25,000,000 and over $45,000,000 of development project completed or in process. Aaron is married to his wife Dialaht and has two sons – six-year-old Dutch and newborn Ford. When he is not spending time with his family he loves to be active outdoors. In the fall you will find him in the field hunting for pheasants with his three German Shorthairs, or in the spring playing golf or mountain biking.

Terry joined Sage Capital in 2020 after 18 years in commercial real estate brokerage with Colliers International and prior to that with Grubb & Ellis. He specialized in the hotel practice in a multi-state region while with both firms. Terry was also a key member of the retail team at both companies. Terry is the leader of our brokerage operations and an active agent representing hotel development companies and hotel ownership groups with site selection and/or purchase/sale of existing hotels. He also interfaces with franchise development professionals and management companies. Terry has worked on projects that include Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, Preferred Hotels, Carlson Rezidor and La Quinta brands. His past experience includes hotel valuation/BOV, 363 sales, mortgage note sales, 1031 exchange transactions, and hotel condo regimes and development.
Being a former retailer with many years of working with retailers allows him a keen understanding of the wants and needs of this market segment. Terry’s projects in retail representation have included both tenant and landlord requirements. Terry has worked on transactions with national tenants such as Great Escape Theaters, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Walgreens, Mattress Firm, Charming Charlie, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Village Inn, Lone Star Steakhouse.

Collin Brown is an Omaha native and a Deans List graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Real Estate and Land Use Economics. His passion for real estate led him to join Rho Epsilon professional real estate fraternity and apply for an internship with Sage Capital, LLC in the summer of 2014. He accepted a permanent position with Sage Capital LLC shortly thereafter and then acquired his Real Estate License.
Prior to his employment with Sage Capital Collin managed a family owned construction company where he learned that hard work and client relationships were the key to making a business successful. Collin gained in-depth knowledge of commercial, residential, and multifamily development through his management experience.
Since joining Sage Capital Collin has played a vital role in developing over $30 million in ground up multi-family projects as well as repositioning several others. He has also brokered over $50 million in real estate transactions since he began at Sage Capital.
