Jack O'Loughlin

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Jack O’Loughlin is a commercial real estate professional with a strong connection to the community and the market he serves. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he also played three years of club hockey.

Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Jack spent four years in the restaurant industry, an experience that helped develop his communication skills and reinforced the importance of building genuine relationships with people from all backgrounds.

Jack values relationships, loyalty, and meaningful connections in both his personal and professional life. As he builds his career in commercial real estate, he is focused on expanding his industry knowledge, growing his network, and developing lasting relationships throughout the Omaha community.
