The Opportunity
We're hand picking a select few to join our brokerage, driven closers who want real ownership of their book and their income. This isn't a desk job with a salary cap; it's a seat for someone who wants to build something of their own. You'll work deals across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land, with the listings, data, and marketing muscle of a full-service firm behind you. The ceiling on what you earn? There isn't one.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt down new business through prospecting, networking, and relentless relationship building

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants from first contact to closing

  • Run market research, valuations, and competitive analysis that sharpen every pitch

  • Build listing packages, marketing decks, and property data sheets that win 

  • Own your pipeline and your transactions end to end

What You Bring

  • Active Nebraska real estate license (or the drive to obtain one before you start)

  • Commercial real estate experience preferred but a proven, hungry sales background turns heads

  • Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship instincts

  • Self-motivated and built to work independently

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
