Madeline is the Senior Development Associate at Sage Capital Real Estate Investments, where she supports the advancement of commercial real estate projects through strategic coordination, research, and execution. In her role, she works closely with leadership and project stakeholders to help drive thoughtful, well-executed developments from early planning through completion.

Originally trained and licensed as a registered cardiac nurse, Madeline built her career and developed a reputation on precision, composure, and sound decision-making in high-stakes environments. She graduated at the top of her class from College of Saint Mary and was selected as her class’s graduation speaker, distinctions that reflect her discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Her clinical experience also includes work in international hospital settings, where she strengthened her adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
