Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, Regan Ray is a commercial real estate professional with a background in management, leadership, sales, and operations. Her career began in the restaurant and hair industries, where several years in leadership roles gave her firsthand experience managing people, building client relationships, and understanding the day-to-day demands of running a successful business.

Those experiences helped Regan develop a strong foundation in sales and operations and ultimately sparked an interest in the business and investment side of commercial real estate. She brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a relationship-focused approach to her role at Sage Capital.

As she builds her career in commercial real estate, Regan is focused on expanding her market knowledge, developing lasting relationships throughout the Nebraska-Iowa community, and becoming a valuable resource for business owners, property owners, and investors.
